BUMG 220 Management and Supervision
Management and Supervision introduces the basic principles of management and personnel supervision. Topics include planning, organizing, total quality management, leadership, motivation, decision-making, communication, controlling, delegation, team building, group dynamics and meetings, and managing conflict and stress in the workplace. This is a designated “level two†writing course.
